The Opportunity: We are seeking enthusiastic, results-driven Wellness Coordinator to join our team at The Joint Chiropractic. In this part-time role, you will be the first point of contact for patients, delivering excellent customer service and playing an essential role in driving sales for our memberships and treatment packages. You’ll actively promote and sell our wellness plans, helping new and existing patients continue their chiropractic care with us at the most affordable rates available. As a Wellness Coordinator, your role goes beyond managing patient intake and completing administrative tasks. You'll have the opportunity to use your sales skills to convert inquiries into long-term patients, all while educating them on the tremendous benefits of routine chiropractic care. Key Responsibilities: • Bilingual preferred., • Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in a high-paced retail or healthcare environment., • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree or higher preferred)., • Positive, upbeat attitude with a passion for helping others and driving sales., • Strong sales abilities, confident in presenting and closing memberships and service packages., • Willingness to learn, grow, and contribute to a high-performing sales culture., • Ability to work weekends and evenings as needed., • Proficient with office equipment (computer, scanner, fax, phone system) and Microsoft Office., • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment., • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds., • Previous office management or marketing experience a plus.Why Join Us?, • Competitive pay with performance-based incentives., • Work in a positive, team-oriented environment focused on wellness and customer satisfaction., • Opportunities for career advancement and growth.
