We help owners create structure, systems, stronger teams, and predictable profit through coaching programs, workshops, partnerships, and live events. Our clients want clarity, control, and growth, and we help them get there.About the RoleThis role is about starting conversations and turning them into opportunities. You will be on the front lines of Build Pro, talking to contractors, trade businesses, and industry partners every day. Your job is to open doors, build relationships, qualify interest, and move people to the next step.If you like talking to people, following up, and driving momentum, you will do well here. What You Will Do: • Set triage calls and close sales conversations. Some of these will be cold calls (creating your own pipeline), and some of these will be leads provided by the company., • Develop partnerships with supply houses, vendors, software companies, associations, and service providers., • Reach out to potential partners, introduce Build Pro, and book meetings for collaboration opportunities., • Support Build Pro workshops by calling, texting, and following up with registrants to drive attendance., • Handle cold and warm outreach using Build Pro scripts and frameworks., • Ask qualifying questions to filter serious contractors and business owners., • Track all conversations, follow ups, and next steps in our CRM., • Move leads through the pipeline with consistency and organization. What We Are Looking For: This is an in person position in Salt Lake City, Utah. Must have at least 4 years sales experience. Good at creating relationships. Comfortable talking to people on the phone and on video. Strong follow up habits, you do not need reminders to stay on top of conversations. Organized, detail-oriented, and consistent with CRM tracking. Clear communicator who keeps things simple and direct. Confident representing a brand and guiding conversations toward a next step. Experience in construction, trades, or working with contractors is a plus, not required. What Success Looks Like: Conversations are started daily. Follow ups happen without being chased. Qualified meetings are booked consistently.Leads are documented and moved forward clearly. Partners and contractors feel respected, heard, and confident in Build Pro. Growth OpportunityThis role has room to grow. Strong performance can lead to increased compensation, profit sharing, phantom equity, and long-term ownership opportunities.
