This individual will be responsible for making sure that customer service needs are met by visiting businesses or customer work sites to service their units on-site according to what their needs might be. PRIMARY FUNCTION/RESPONSIBILTY Responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, or software. Manage customer experience for employees and contractors submitting technology-related service requests. Communicate effectively with internal and external customers about the resolution of their service requests.
