Job Description POSITION SUMMARY: The prep cook is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for plates, glassware, tableware, cooking utensils, etc., using machine and manual dish cleaning methods. They are also responsible for preparing sauces, dressings, marinades, skewering proteins, and a variety of ready to eat foods.
