The Property Manager will oversee the overall management of the properties to increase the value of assigned properties by creating and implementing a comprehensive management and leasing plan. Compensation & Benefits • New hires generally start between $109,897 - $149,146. The full salary range for the position, across all geographies, is $109,897 - $188,395 per year. The upper portion of the salary range is typically reserved for existing employees who demonstrate strong performance over time.
