Role: The Director of Business Strategy is a builder at heart — someone who has taken small businesses or startups from messy, ambiguous beginnings to real, sustainable scale. You’ve either done it from the inside as an operator or alongside founders as a consultant, advisor, or agency lead. In this role, you’ll work directly with founders to figure out what’s really holding their business back — and what to do about it. You’ll come into each workshop with a clear hypothesis, pressure-test it live with the client, and walk away with a focused game plan to grow their business.
