Job Summary: Our client is seeking an Events Manager to join their team! This position is located in Overland Park, Kansas. Duties: • Support planning and execution of corporate and government-focused events, including development of event plans, calendars, budgets, and tracking tools, • Coordinate cross-functional efforts with Sales, Legal, Procurement, Finance, and external vendors to ensure alignment, compliance, and seamless execution, • Manage event logistics such as vendor coordination, registration, shipping, on-site support, and post-event reconciliation, • Create and manage Salesforce campaigns to track leads, contacts, and ROI, • Ensure data accuracy and integration with Sales and Marketing Operations, • Maintain brand consistency across creative assets and event materials, • Assist with reviews, approvals, and productions, • Monitor event budgets, initiate POs, track invoices, reconcile expenses, and support quarterly/annual reporting on ROI and budget utilization, • Develop trackers, dashboards, and performance summaries using Microsoft Excel and shared project management tools, • Draft and distribute internal communications, maintain reporting tools, and compile post-event recaps highlighting key metrics and outcomes, • Support cost optimization through vendor evaluation and process efficiencies Desired Skills/Experience: • Familiarity with internal and external event programs, including tradeshows, conferences, and sponsorships, • Experience in budget tracking, vendor management, and accounts payable workflows, • Working knowledge of Salesforce and Microsoft Excel for reporting and campaign tracking, • Proven ability to collaborate across internal departments and with external agencies, • Experience coordinating with Finance, Procurement, and Sales Operations teams, • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and assess event ROI, • Ability to maintain organized systems and optimize processes for efficiency, • Detail-oriented with excellent task management and prioritization skills, • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, • Clear, concise, and effective communication skills, both written and verbal, • Strong organization, accountability, and follow-through in managing competing priorities, • Adaptable and comfortable working in dynamic, evolving environments, • Analytical and data-driven approach to decision making, • Collaborative mindset with the ability to build strong relationships and foster teamwork, • Proactive problem-solver with the ability to identify and resolve challenges efficiently Benefits: • Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance Plans, • Employee-Owned Profit Sharing (ESOP), • 401K offered The approximate pay range for this position is between $28.00 and $40.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
