We are seeking an enthusiastic and guest-focused Restaurant Manager to join a thriving and respected local institution. The Restaurant Manager oversees daily front-of-house operations within a high-volume, upscale casual restaurant. Reporting to the GM, this role ensures seamless service, exceptional hospitality, and consistent execution during peak traffic. Duties include supervising and training staff, managing floor operations, supporting beverage-driven programming, coordinating with retail teams, overseeing kitchen operations, maintaining cost controls, and resolving guest concerns with professionalism. • 2 years + of restaurant management experience in upscale casual or high-volume environments, • Strong leadership, communication, and team-development skills, • Proven ability to maintain service standards during periods of high volume, • Experience with scheduling, training, and basic P&L oversight, • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed, • Management or exposure to craft cocktail and/or wine programs, • Experience collaborating with retail or multi-concept properties, • Strong guest-relation and conflict-resolution skills, • Knowledge of safety, compliance, and operational best practices, • A proactive, hospitality-driven mindset with high attention to detail, • Lead FOH team to deliver consistent, polished service, • Manage shift execution, floor operations, and guest flow, • Train, coach, and motivate staff to uphold service standards, • Partner with GM, culinary, and retail teams on promotions and operations, • Monitor costs, staffing, and service quality to optimize performance, • Competitive Salary, • Health, dental, and vision insurance, • Paid time off, • Professional development and growth opportunities
