Job DescriptionSalary: $68,640 - $78,000 annual base salary DOE About the Role: We are currently seeking a Project Controls Assistant to join our growing Transportation and Infrastructure Division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing professional and efficient support to project managers by handling administrative and data tasks for our transportation and infrastructure projects. The Project Controls Assistant will be instrumental in coordinating with others in a fast-paced environment supporting the timely and cost-effective project delivery. This position is located in our Haddonfield, New Jersey office with the ability for a hybrid work arrangement. Relocation is not available for this position. mcfa Core Values (LEADS): • Love (each other, mission, work), • Entrepreneurial (spirit of innovation), • Accountability (to ourselves, our clients, each other), • Delight (customers and teammates), • Stretch (individual and collective growth mindset) Key Responsibilities: • Interface with project personnel and clients., • Work effectively in a multi-discipline team environment., • Occasional travel to attend project meetings is possible., • Data Entry and System Management duties include but are not limited to -, • Inputting and analyzing data, • Generating reports, • Maintain tracking spreadsheets, • Administrative Support duties include but are not limited to -, • Scan, compile, file, track, and obtain approval signatures on documents, • Ensure required forms are completed properly and timely by users for processing, • Generate and review PowerPoint presentations, • Filing, formatting, printing, binding, and labeling documents, if needed, • Document Management duties could include but are not limited to -, • Managing and maintaining the document control system, • Collecting, recording, distributing, and managing meeting notes, agendas, and supporting documentation, • Monitor emails and incoming documents for submittal and transmittal, • Generating, reviewing, and submitting RFIs, • Ensure project document control standards and issued documentation meets the contract requirements, • Responsible for proper handling, storage, and distribution of protected information, • Editing/proofing and document production for project deliverables, as needed Qualifications: Required: • Education: High school diploma., • Experience: Minimum two (2) years of professional experience as administrative personnel., • Software: Skilled using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat., • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal abilities., • Team Player: Able to work cross functionally as part of a large team and collaborate effectively with diverse teams., • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills., • Excellent organizational skills., • Ability to manage multiple project assignments. Preferred: • Understanding of the general administrative needs of a large organization/department., • Experience in the AEC industry, specifically transportation and infrastructure projects., • Knowledge of SharePoint, Bluebeam, Procore, and Power BI. Annual Paid Time Off: • Sick Leave: 5 Days (40 Hours), • Vacation: 15 Days (120 Hours), • Holidays: 11 Federal Holidays (88 Hours) observed in accordance with mcfa's Holiday Schedule "mcfa way" Bonus Program: • Following your first full quarter worked, you will qualify for a profit-share bonus that is distributed at the end of each quarter if company targets are hit., • Incoming Growth Units: 10, • Growth Unit allotment may increase over time.
