Job Description Position Overview The IT Solutions Architect is responsible for the design, integration, and optimization of the Yardi platform and its connected applications. This role oversees the architecture, evaluation, documentation, and lifecycle maintenance of core systems, ensuring they remain current, synchronized, secure, and compliant with both internal controls and external audits. Serving as a bridge between technology and operations, this position supports Property Management, Leasing, Maintenance & Turns, Accounting, and Executive leadership by designing scalable and resilient solutions. The ideal candidate blends technical depth with business acumen, possesses strong knowledge of Yardi Voyager’s back-end architecture, and can orchestrate complex integrations that connect property operations, accounting, and resident-facing platforms. To succeed, you must be organized, analytical, and detail-driven, with the ability to communicate complex system concepts in clear, accessible language to non-technical users. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties/responsibilities of this job. • Architect, implement, and maintain enterprise system designs centered on Yardi Voyager and its ancillary platforms., • Design and support integrations between Yardi and other enterprise applications (Power BI, data lake) to ensure seamless process flow and data accuracy., • Evaluate new technologies, plug-ins, and modules for business value, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with IT governance standards., • Maintain and manage the company’s Yardi system to support Property Management, Accounting, Compliance, Turns & Maintenance, Renovations, and Asset Management., • Establish, monitor, and support integrations between Yardi and various ancillary products to ensure a seamless experience., • Participate in delivering support and maintenance of new and existing applications within and related to Yardi., • Document and maintain permissions including access to Voyager, CRM Flex, Elevate applications, P2P, menus, and user security based on industry best practices., • Stay up to date with the latest Yardi features, upgrades, and industry trends and assess their potential impact on the organization. Keep Yardi systems up to date with the latest enhancements, patches, and best practices. Oversee version control and test environments to validate configuration changes prior to production release., • Test and research new products & tools to optimize productivity., • Own and maintain documentation of software customizations and other system configurations for custom menus, reports, integrations, scheduled tasks, and report scheduler events.\, • Focus on opportunities to improve the perception of service throughout the resident lifecycle., • Support month-end, quarter-end, and annual budgeting processes within Yardi and ancillary platforms., • Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards leveraging SQL and BI tools., • Ensure accurate invoicing by Yardi by reviewing invoices and contracts., • Work with training manager to develop training materials and documentation specific to the Yardi suite and make available in Aspire., • Work with site staff to triage, analyze, and troubleshoot issues. Facilitate a positive customer experience by consulting with Yardi for items needing their level of support., • Manage and develop custom reporting from Yardi as requested., • Identify and implement process improvements that elevate user experience and operational performance throughout the resident lifecycle., • Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned., • Use appropriate administrative, fiscal, physical, and technical safeguards to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and security of CCEW client protected health information (PHI), per regulations outlined in the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA)., • Will regularly utilize all forms of communication (email, text, phone, etc.) and database practices necessary for this position and as directed by supervisor. These qualifications are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required to perform this job. • Familiarity with the full suite of Yardi products to include Voyager, Rent Café, Vendor Café, Elevate, Payscan, Maintenance IQ, CRM Flex, Investment Manager, Procure to Pay, as well as with associated third-party integrations., • A working knowledge of database concepts and user security. Experience with SQL querying and custom report design, • Experience integrating Yardi with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, data warehouse, or workflow automation tools)., • Able to comprehend complex issues and provide suggestions for problem-solving., • Outstanding written and oral communication skills and must possess a strong commitment to customer service., • Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple requests and obligations to facilitate a smooth, organized workflow; ability to determine urgency of issues., • Ability to think independently and analytically and make recommendations accordingly., • Collaborative perspective across various audiences to include on-site corporate departments, clients, and vendors., • Strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communications, listening, presentation, group facilitation, influencing and negotiations., • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines., • Ability to serve with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality., • Degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience, • 3- years deep experience as a Yardi Administrator or 3-5 years equivalent experience in enterprise systems support or architecture, • Experience within the single-family rental, multifamily, or real estate industry strongly preferred, • Experience with Azure Cloud infrastructure or other Cloud platforms, • Exposure to Power Automate or other low-code automation platforms, • Experience with ETL tools, API integrations, and data pipelines, • Working understanding of CRM tools such as HubSpot, • Proficiency in SQL and relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL), • This is a remote position. Corporate office is based in Atlanta, GA., • Monday – Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 but requires flexibility., • Serve as the architect of enterprise-wide efficiency, connecting technology and operations to drive performance., • Combine hands-on system expertise with strategic insight to future-proof the company’s technology foundation.
