Job Description Warehouse Supervisor Job Description This position reports to: Warehouse Manager Alternate: Supply Chain & Operations Manager, Plant Manager POSITION SCOPE Eagle Beverage & Accessory Products LLC is an SQF certified producer of beverage bases, concentrates, and plastic extrusion products dedicated to the highest levels of customer service, food safety, and security standards, with products reaching global markets including McDonald's, Starbucks, and Costco. The Warehouse Supervisor at K64 oversees all warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory management, production support for drinking straw and beverage flavor/topping production lines, and customer order fulfillment. This role is critical in maintaining GMP standards while ensuring operational excellence, quality, safety, and efficiency. The Warehouse Supervisor leads the warehouse team, coordinates inter-facility transfers to K59, and maintains 99% inventory accuracy. ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES Receiving and Storage Management: • Receive and process returns, raw materials, and packaging supplies, • Perform same-day receipt and physical put-away into designated storage bin locations, • Ensure all items are systematically logged and stored according to facility standards, • Verify receiving documentation matches physical quantities and specifications, • Support and replenish materials for drinking straw production line, • Support and replenish materials for beverage flavor and topping production line, • Ensure continuous material flow to prevent production delays, • Store daily beverage production output in appropriate storage bin locations, • Prepare and schedule daily transportation for straw production transfers to Eagle's K59 location, • Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely inter-facility transfers, • Manage dock scheduling using OpenDock for inbound and outbound appointments, • Maintain inventory accuracy of 99% financial accuracy through daily cycle counts, • Ensure inventory integrity by verifying all received, stored, and replenished items are properly labeled and identified, • Conduct regular warehouse process audits to ensure staff comprehension, • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly, • Process inventory transactions accurately in NetSuite WMS, • Maintain organized and clearly identified bin, kanban, and staging locations, • Ensure floor locations, forklift drives, and recycle area boundaries are properly taped, • Replace damaged floor markings and signage as needed, • Maintain SQF and GMP compliance in all warehouse areas, • Pick, pack, and ship customer sales orders, • Achieve and maintain 94% on-time shipping performance, • Maintain less than 1% customer complaints due to fulfillment issues, • Ensure order accuracy and quality standards, • Supervise, train, and develop Material Handler team members, • Conduct and document daily meetings with warehouse staff, • Ensure all warehouse staff are properly trained for their respective positions, • Document all training activities and maintain training records, • Conduct performance evaluations, coaching, and corrective actions as needed, • Schedule warehouse staff to ensure adequate coverage for all shifts, • Enforce warehouse safety policies and procedures, • Conduct safety inspections and address hazards promptly, • Ensure compliance with food safety requirements and GMPs in storage areas, • Report safety incidents and near-misses immediately, • Report daily, weekly, and monthly metrics to management, • Track and communicate achievements and challenges, • Prepare performance reports for management review Physical Demand Level: MEDIUM • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly, • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods, • Ability to operate forklift and pallet jack equipment This position requires the following skills: • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred, • Minimum 3-5 years of warehouse supervisory experience, • Experience in food and beverage or consumer goods industry preferred, • Knowledge of SQF certification requirements and GMP practices, • Proficiency in warehouse management systems (NetSuite WMS preferred), • Strong understanding of inventory management principles, • Experience with cycle counting and inventory reconciliation, • Proficient in Google Sheets/Excel and Microsoft Office, • Forklift certification required, • Proven ability to lead and motivate warehouse teams, • Excellent organizational and time management skills, • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, • Effective verbal and written communication skills The following tools and systems are required for this position: • NetSuite ERP with WMS and Blend Integration, • OpenDock (Dock scheduling application), • Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), • Google Workspace (Sheets, Forms, Drive), • Barcode scanners and label printers, • Forklift, pallet jack, and material handling equipment, • UpKeep (Maintenance tracking application) Core (Required): • Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA required), • GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) Training, • HACCP Awareness Training, • Food Defense/TACCP Training, • OSHA 10 or 30-Hour General Industry, • APICS CLTD (Certified in Logistics, Transportation & Distribution), • Warehouse Management Systems Training (NetSuite WMS specific), • Temperature Control/Cold Chain Management, • ISCC Plus Chain of Custody Training, • Must complete and maintain current status on all required company training, including but not limited to: food safety (GMP, HACCP awareness), workplace safety, and annual cybersecurity awareness training., • Must adhere to all company policies including information security, data privacy, and acceptable use of technology., • Must immediately report any suspected security incidents, phishing attempts, or policy violations to the appropriate supervisor or IT personnel. This position has access to operational systems, vendor communications, and/or compliance platforms. Incumbent must complete cybersecurity training upon hire and annually thereafter, with emphasis on recognizing phishing attempts in emails, attachments, and vendor communications. Must follow all protocols regarding removable media, external devices, and vendor email verification. Responsible for reporting any suspicious activity or system anomalies immediately. Incident Response: Must be familiar with company incident escalation procedures and emergency contacts. Responsible for ensuring direct reports complete required training and for reporting any suspected security incidents during assigned shifts, including after-hours and weekends.
