About the Role Acquisitions Manager The Acquisitions Manager is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and executing real estate acquisition opportunities that align with Enclave’s strategic growth objectives. This role plays a key part in expanding our portfolio across multifamily and industrial. Working closely with executive leadership, finance, and development teams, the Acquisitions Manager will drive targeted investment activity, manage transaction processes, and cultivate relationships to position Enclave for long-term value creation. Position Logistics • Primary Work Location: West Fargo, ND or St. Louis Park, MN Corporate Office, • Work Environment: On-Site, • Work Schedule: Monday - Friday | Standard Hours, • Develop and implement a focused real estate acquisitions strategy aligned with the company’s short- and long-term growth goals., • Identify and evaluate real estate opportunities in target asset classes and markets., • Quickly filter through many opportunities, completing high-level and accurate underwriting to validate where additional diligence is warranted., • Lead market research, financial modeling, acquisition underwriting, and risk assessment to support acquisition decisions., • Present investment recommendations, underwriting summaries, and deal rationale to senior leadership., • Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, investors, property owners, developers, intermediaries, and other key stakeholders., • Source and track both on-market and off-market deals across core and emerging markets., • Maintain a deal pipeline and track opportunities that meet defined investment criteria., • Expand Enclave brand awareness in the investment sales market with focus on educating around target acquisition criteria and market-leading execution., • Negotiate letters of intent, purchase agreements, and deal structures in coordination with internal legal, leadership, and capital partners., • Lead transaction due diligence, coordinate third-party reports, and manage the closing process., • Perform other duties as assigned, • All employees are responsible for the general upkeep of work and shared spaced, • Punctual and regular attendance is required of all employeesWe're Seeking Individuals Who Are:, • Have strong financial modeling and underwriting skills with proficiency in Excel and real estate financial analysis tools., • Possess high-level understanding of business financial statements, to allow for initial vetting of tenant financials on an industrial acquisition., • Proven track record of sourcing and closing complex real estate transactions., • Strong ability to multitask and drive multiple activities in parallel, in a deadline driven environment., • Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders in a matrixed environment through strong communication skills., • Established network of relationships in the real estate investment and brokerage community, • Excellent analytical, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills., • Self-driven and entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to operate independently in a growing and dynamic environment.Qualifications, • Bachelor’s degree in real estate, Finance, Business, or related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred., • Care For Each Other: We value people for who they are and take pride in our relationships with team members, clients, and partners, • Do The Honorable Thing: We are committed to upholding the highest standards in our words and actions., • Be Empowered: We encourage true autonomy, which results in team members who are remarkably inspired and high-performing.
