This role will focus on addressing the learning and development needs of operational staff within the region or functional area. The ideal candidate will showcase expertise in full-cycle instructional design to create impactful curriculum aimed at delivering top-tier service training. Additionally, the role involves implementing learning and development strategies and executing tactics to ensure long-term success. How you'll make an impact What a Day Will Look Like: Identifying and Evaluating Learning Assets: • Create tailored learning resources to meet business needs, including, • Classroom-based learning materials, • PowerPoint presentations, • Discussion guides, • Facilitator guides, • Web based training modules, • Job aids and performance support tools, • Work closely with HR, business management, and functional teams, • Vet and align milestone training deliverables, • Collaborate on the development and review of training materials, • Collaboration with Clients and Stakeholders, • Partner with clients and key stakeholders to identify learning needs, • Exhibit strong presence and interpersonal skills Required: • Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience in the commercial (property/casualty) insurance industry as an Account Supervisor, Account Executive, or Account Manager., • Skilled in developing and adhering to individual work plans., • Strong written and verbal communication skills., • Advanced skills in MS Office application with expertise in PowerPoint, Visio, and Project., • Experience with Epic (agency management system)., • Willingness to travel up to 25%, primarily within the South-Central region., • Occasional travel to Gallagher headquarters in Rolling Meadows, IL #LI-WM1 #APIntegration Compensation and benefits We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
