Position Title: Director/Sr. Director, Product Management & Marketing Reports to: EVP, Commercial and Corporate Strategy Company Background: CNSide Diagnostics is a subsidiary of Plus Therapeutics, Inc. that develops and commercializes proprietary clinical diagnostic laboratory tests, such as CNSide, designed to identify tumor cells that have metastasized to the central nervous system in patients with carcinomas and melanomas. The CNSide Cerebrospinal Fluid Assay Platform enables quantitative analysis and molecular characterization of tumor cells and circulating tumor DNA in cerebrospinal fluid, informing and improving the clinical management of patients. The Company is in the early stages of commercializing CNSide in the U.S. Role: We're looking for a high-impact leader to own product strategy and commercialization across an integrated CNS oncology platform that includes diagnostics, therapeutics, and data analytics. Integrated Market Narrative & Positioning • Build a cohesive, platform-level narrative that connects diagnostics, therapeutics, and data into a compelling clinical and economic story, • Establish clear product-level positioning while reinforcing the value of the integrated ecosystem, • Simplify complex science into physician-relevant, decision-driving messaging, • Ensure consistency across sales, medical, market access, investor, and external communications, • Continuously refine messaging based on real-world adoption and feedback loops 3.) Go-to-Market & Launch Execution Across Modalities • Lead go-to-market strategy and execution across diagnostics launches, therapeutic clinical and regulatory milestones, and data product/service rollouts, • Ensure launch readiness is aligned across clinical evidence, messaging, reimbursement, and field execution, • Coordinate across teams to deliver high-impact, synchronized launches rather than siloed efforts, • Develop scalable frameworks for multi-product, multi-stage commercialization 4.) Sales Enablement & Adoption Across Use Cases • Equip the field with clear, integrated messaging that connects Dx, Rx, and Data into actionable clinical workflows, • Ensure sales teams can confidently articulate:, • When to use the diagnostic, • How it informs treatment decisions, • How data enhances outcomes and insight, • Partner with Sales Leadership to refine targeting, segmentation, and account strategy across all verticals, • Identify and remove friction in the customer journey to accelerate adoption and repeat utilization 5.) Cross-Functional Leadership & Integration • Act as the central integrator across diagnostics, therapeutics, and data teams, • Drive alignment in a complex, evolving environment with multiple stakeholders and priorities, • Influence senior leadership through data-driven insights and a strong point of view, • Ensure the organization operates with clarity on:, • Where we win as individual products, • Where we win as an integrated platform, • Build and develop a high-performing, execution-focused marketing function Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree required. 8–12+ years of experience in product management, marketing, commercial strategy, or consulting within the life sciences, • Advanced degree (MBA, PhD, MS, MD, or equivalent) strongly preferred, • Demonstrated ability to translate complex clinical and scientific concepts into commercial strategy and drive measurable adoption may substitute for an advanced degree, • Experience in oncology diagnostics, therapeutics, and/or data-driven healthcare solutions, • Demonstrated ability to operate across multiple product types or business models simultaneously, • Proven track record of owning both upstream product strategy and downstream commercial execution, • Strong ability to translate complex clinical and scientific concepts into clear, differentiated value propositions, • Experience influencing cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization, • Experience leading or supporting product launches and commercialization efforts Preferred Experience: • Experience spanning multiple modalities (e.g., diagnostics and therapeutics, or diagnostics and data platforms), • Background in precision oncology, molecular diagnostics, or neuro-oncology, • Familiarity with payer dynamics, reimbursement, and market access strategy, • Experience working with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and academic medical centers, • Experience in a high-growth, early commercialization, or platform-based company Plus Therapeutics, Inc. and CNSide Diagnostics are Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employers—Minority/Female/Disability/Veteran.
