SUMMARY: To perform housekeeping functions for both current in-house guests and move-out housekeeping services as well as the management office. Clean all scheduled apartments to Synergy’s standards. Must report to work in a clean uniform approved and supplied by the company. REPRESENTATIVE DUTIES: (Employee may perform any combination of the essential functions shown below. This position description is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties, knowledge or abilities associated with this classification, but is intended to accurately reflect the principal job elements). • Clean bathrooms: tubs, showers, commodes, floors and mirrors., • Clean kitchen: outside surfaces of stoves, ovens, counters, cabinet fronts and refrigerators., • Vacuum and dust., • Clean and mop floors, remove trash., • Replace linens when applicable., • Maintain accurate count of linens and towels used daily., • Informs management of necessary re-orders of supplies in a timely fashion, • Notify management of missing guest keys upon guest departures, • Properly use and store chemicals., • Perform move-out inspections as requested and report all defects to appropriate parties., • Complete all assigned service requests., • Perform customer service., • Perform Pre-Move-out (PMO) inspections as requested, and accurately record defects requiring future attention., • Clean window sills and ledges, dust all blinds., • Clean all air vents, pictures and mirrors., • Clean inside all drawers and vanities., • Clean inside and exterior of washer/dryer and dryer lint trap., • Clean all major appliances (stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher), • Clean all switch plates and test electrical sockets., • Clean markings off walls, • Clean patio doors and sweep patio., • Dust ceiling corners, recessed lights, chandeliers and ceiling fans., • Vacuum apartment including under beds, behind sofa/love seats and any other easily moveable furniture., • Clean all carpets spots (if applicable)., • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos;, • Ability to write simple correspondence;, • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions; To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
