Requirements * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience. * 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Manager, or similar support role — preferably within a tech, logistics, or healthcare company. * Strong proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Trello, or equivalent tools. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. * Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently with minimal supervision. * High level of discretion, reliability, and organizational excellence. * Strong sense of initiative and ownership — someone who anticipates needs before they arise. * Adaptability to a remote-first, fast-paced startup culture. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in estate planning, probate, and trust administration, along with a proven ability to provide high-level administrative and legal support in a fast-paced environment.
