Job Description Director of Technology Solutions JOB SUMMARY: The Director of Technology Solutions is responsible for the strategic oversight, delivery, and continuous improvement of all enterprise software platforms used across the legal, administrative, and operational functions of the firm. This includes leadership over mission-critical systems such as Aderant (financial and practice management), NetDocuments (document management), Microsoft 365 (collaboration and productivity suite), and the firm’s growing suite of AI tools and integrations. Reporting directly to the Chief Technology Officer, the Director will lead a multidisciplinary team of subject matter experts and architects. The role requires a balance of strategic vision, operational discipline, and deep technical and business understanding of enterprise legal technology. The base salary range for this position is ($77,000- $115,000) inclusive of all geographical differences in the labor market. The base salary for the position will be determined based on factors such as the candidate’s work location, skills, education, and experience. Role Overview: The Sr. Director of Sales Operations will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the infrastructure that powers sales performance. This includes oversight of CRM systems, reporting dashboards, workflow processes, and training and enablement programs. This role requires both a strategic mindset and hands-on execution, ensuring sales leadership and frontline managers have the insights, tools, and support to maximize productivity and deliver predictable results.
