Job DescriptionPurpose of Position Our Marketing Innovation Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the development of new products from concept to commercialization across all channels including retail, club, and food service. This role will collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Marketing, Manufacturing, Packaging, Supply Chain, and Sales to help drive innovative projects forward, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met. Key Responsibilities • Support the development of packaging from concept to commercialization, including hands-on involvement where needed., • Manage project timelines, ensuring deliverables are met in partnership with cross-functional teams., • Work closely with R&D, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Packaging to bring products to life., • Collaboration with the Marketing team on packaging layouts, product briefs, and project tracking, • Assist in the ideation process for different channels- Retail, Club, and Food Service, • Assist with customer-facing support including preparing sell-in materials for accounts like Costco, Target, and Walmart., • Analyze innovation trends and market insights to support new category development and product pipeline opportunities., • Maintain strong cross-functional relationships to foster collaboration and problem-solving., • Participate in trade shows, customer visits, and exhibitions as needed (domestic travel 10-15%)., • Support documentation, data entry, and project tracking including usage of Excel and PowerPoint., • Juggle multiple projects simultaneously with minimal guidance., • Bachelor’s degree is preferred or equivalent experience, • Fluency in Italian is required; Spanish is highly preferred, • Experience with Consumer-Packaged Goods Industry required; passion for food and innovation is essential, • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, PowerPoint, Word; SAP knowledge is a plus., • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to meet multiple deadlines., • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with competing priorities., • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills to collaborate across various departments.
