Job DescriptionJob Title: AssemblerBuild Something That Matters We’re looking for a hands-on Assembler to join our fast-paced manufacturing team. In this role, working with precision tools, detailed assembly drawings, and a supportive team that values craftsmanship, safety, and efficiency. What You’ll Do • Assemble subcomponents and finished products by following established processes and quality standards, • Build complete units by fitting and assembling metal components using hand and power tools, • Interpret assembly drawings, diagrams, and schematics to identify correct parts, quantities, and placement, • Measure, align, and ensure accurate assembly using tape measures and basic mechanical skills, • Operate hand tools, power tools, and overhead cranes to build and move larger units, • Partner with a teammate to meet daily production goals and customer order requirements, • Maintain a fast and steady production pace while upholding safety, quality, and efficiency expectations, • Lift, move, and position components weighing up to 50–60+ pounds (40+ pounds independently), • Perform frequent standing, walking, climbing, reaching, and arm extension throughout your shift, • Follow all safety guidelines and procedures when operating equipment and tools, • Support a clean, organized, and 5S-driven work environment through consistent housekeeping practicesWhat You Bring, • Experience in mechanical assembly or a manufacturing/production environment, • Confidence using hand tools and power tools to assemble metal components, • Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings, diagrams, and schematics, • Experience operating—or willingness to learn—overhead crane operation, • Comfort working in a fast-paced production setting, • Ability to accurately use a tape measure and perform basic mechanical measurements, • Physical capability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and perform repetitive motion tasks, • Dependability in working assigned shifts, with flexibility for overtime and occasional Saturdays, • High school diploma or GED, or willingness to obtain one as part of permanent employmentNice to Have, • Prior experience assembling metal products, • Familiarity with 5S, lean manufacturing, or highly organized production environments, • Comfort navigating a large, clearly labeled manufacturing floor, • Willingness to complete a structured two-week training program with a dedicated trainer Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
