This position focuses on outreach, policy renewals, and relationship maintenance, marketing, confident sales conversations. Responsibilities • Communicate with existing customers regarding renewals, options, and provide general remarkable service., • Review accounts and assist with recommendations to address gaps, updates or changes as needed., • Consistently cross sell additional products based on customers' needs and gaps., • Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and engagement., • Maintain accurate records in database and documentation of interactions., • Strong follow up on quotes and customer inquiries within same day bus day in order to close, or possess strong follow up, • Ability to set priorities and manage workflow to ensure efficient, timely and accurate processing of insurance service and sales transactions., • Represent the agency at the occasional community events and support local brand growth, • Willing and able to build a center of influence, network of contacts, to create referrals for prospective customers, • Utilize telemarketing techniques to generate leads and schedule appointmentsQualifications, • Insurance Licensed or must be able to obtain applicable state insurance licenses ASAP!, • Strong proactive problem-solving abilities., • Effective communication skills (verbal and written)., • Persuasion skills, • Always Customer focused., • Possess a can-do Positive Attitude, who's Receptive to coaching feedback, • Strong Work Ethics, • Easily able to build Rapport and is Persuasive, • Fast learner, • Productive, Results Driven, with no excuses, • Reliable
