We are currently seeking Property Coordinator at our residential portfolio Prairie Shores Apartments located in the Bronzeville neighborhood in Chicago. This position will perform the following duties: • Greets all visitors and direct them to the appropriate recipient., • Provides excellent customer service to residents, prospects, vendors, visitors, and other customers., • Establishes and maintains a positive rapport with all clients and customers via phone or in-person., • Directs all visitors to the appropriate recipient., • Provides timely and professional responses to resident and vendor issues and inquiries., • Assists in move-in / move-out process., • Supports and participates in leasing activities, including but not limited to touring prospective residents, processing applications, and preparing leases while following all regulatory guidelines., • Supports the renewal process by preparing lease renewals and contacting residents to discuss renewal options., • Assists in use of monthly late notices, 5-Day Demand for Payments, and other means of communication to collect past due rental balances.
