    Order Fulfillment Associate Job Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Perm Location: Belleville, NJ Schedule: Regular Working Hours Salary: $20/h About the Role As an Order Fulfillment Associate, you will play a critical role in the daily operations of a fast-paced logistics environment. Your main responsibilities include accurately processing and fulfilling customer orders, maintaining a well-organized and clean warehouse space, and collaborating with team members to ensure efficient order workflows. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, data entry accuracy, and the ability to work well under pressure. Qualifications and Skills • High attention to detail and organizational skills., • Ability to multitask and manage several tasks simultaneously., • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Google Workspace., • Basic computer proficiency with experience using hand scanners and order systems., • Prior warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment experience preferred (0–2 years)., • Strong understanding of order flow and shipment processes., • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities., • Ability to fluently read, write, and speak Spanish; English proficiency Physical Requirements • Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs., • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods on concrete surfaces., • Steel-toe shoes required (not provided)., • Comfortable working in a warehouse setting with physical labor.     Job Summary LXS Homes is growing, and we are looking for dedicated, hardworking, and experienced Movers and Drivers to join our professional relocation and logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely packing, loading, transporting, and unloading furniture, equipment, and household goods for our residential clients. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in the moving industry, strong physical stamina, excellent customer service skills, and—for driver applicants—a clean driving record and experience operating box trucks or commercial moving vehicles. Key Responsibilities Safe Transport & Driving: Safely drive and navigate company moving trucks to and from client locations, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations. * Packing & Wrapping: Properly wrap furniture, appliances, and fragile items using moving blankets, bubble wrap, and packing supplies to prevent damage. * Loading & Unloading: Efficiently load, secure, and unload cargo in moving trucks using proper stacking techniques, dollies, ramps, and straps. * Assembly & Placement: Disassemble and reassemble furniture as needed, and place items in designated rooms according to customer specifications. * Customer Care: Act as the face of LXS Homes by providing courteous, professional, and friendly communication with clients throughout the moving process. * Inspection & Inventory: Complete pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections, manage inventory lists, and report any incidents or equipment issues immediately. * Safety Compliance: Follow all company safety policies, practice correct heavy-lifting ergonomics, and keep the work site and truck clean. This is a hands-on, in-person role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats. You’ll manage executive scheduling and logistics, oversee the day-to-day office experience, and help plan and execute company events, team gatherings, and external activations. The ideal candidate is exceptionally organized, anticipates needs before they arise, communicates clearly, and is comfortable taking ownership of everything from a complicated calendar to a last-minute event request.
