Primarily responsible for assisting the Coding Manager within the Coding Department. Assists in the management of daily operational processes, including: optimization of work assignments, timekeeping and supervision responsibilities of team, providing technical expertise for coding content and functions within the department. Acting as an internal consultant, the supervisor provides essential quality reports, advice and improvement recommendations to management along all service lines.
