Paid Social Manager (LinkedIn Ads) - Start Up SaaS Marketplace • Salary up to $130K + stock options, on-site San Francisco WHO ARE WE? We're partnering with an exciting, fast growing SaaS Marketplace (B2B) on a mission to transform how tech companies scale at pace. With a strong product market fit and ambitious growth plans, they're now looking to double down on their most important acquisition channel LinkedIn Ads. Having just secured another $70M in funding, they are looking to grow!! THE ROLE As a Paid Social Manager, you'll take full ownership of LinkedIn Ads, driving acquisition and scaling a key growth channel. This is a hands on, high-impact role where you'll own everything from strategy through to execution, testing, and optimisation. You'll be joining a lean, high performing marketing team where experimentation is encouraged and ideas move quickly. If you've got a hypothesis, you'll have the autonomy to test it. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING… • Owning LinkedIn Ads strategy and execution end-to-end, • Driving customer acquisition while maintaining CAC & ROAS targets, • Analysing and optimising full-funnel performance (click ? conversion ? retention), • Running A/B tests across targeting, creatives, and messaging, • Collaborating with product & design teams to improve landing pages and UX, • Defining and tracking key performance metrics and campaign success, • Staying ahead of trends in B2B paid social and LinkedIn advertising WE NEED YOU TO HAVE… • 2–3 years' hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads / Paid Social, • Strong background in B2B acquisition and performance marketing, • Proven experience managing campaigns against CAC / ROAS targets, • Experience optimising conversion funnels and user journeys, • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and testing capabilities TO BE CONSIDERED… Please either apply through this advert or email your CV directly to KEY SKILLS LinkedIn Ads, Paid Social, Performance Marketing, B2B Marketing, Funnel Optimisation, A/B Testing, Digital Acquisition, Growth Marketing
