Job Description Brownwood / Early, Texas (Central Texas) Our established outpatient clinic has served the Brownwood/Early community for over 10 years, providing high-quality women’s health, hormone optimization, preventative medicine, and outpatient care for both women and men. We are seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our clinical team in a structured outpatient environment focused on quality care, patient relationships, and long-term provider growth. This role is intended for an advanced practice provider who is confident in clinical decision-making, comfortable managing outpatient patients, and committed to practicing within NP/PA scope in women’s health and hormone optimization medicine. IMPORTANT REQUIREMENT This is a licensed advanced practice provider role only. Applicants must hold an active or pending Texas NP or PA license to be considered. What We Offer • Competitive compensation: based on experience, • Established and loyal patient base, • Structured onboarding and mentorship for new graduates, • Monday–Friday schedule, • No weekends, • No hospital call, • High-autonomy outpatient clinical environment, • Supportive clinical and administrative team, • Modern outpatient clinic setting, • Long-term provider growth opportunity Position Overview The Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant will provide outpatient care focused on: • Women’s health and general gynecology, • Hormone optimization and hormone replacement therapy, • Preventative and wellness medicine Core Responsibilities • Evaluate, diagnose, and manage outpatient patients, • Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans, • Provide women’s health and hormone optimization care, • Deliver preventative and chronic care management, • Maintain accurate EMR documentation, • Educate patients on treatment plans and health optimization, • Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure continuity of care, • Build long-term patient relationships Required Qualifications • Active Texas Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license (required or in final stages), • Board certification or board eligible, • DEA license or ability to obtain, • Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills, • Ability to work in outpatient independent practice environment Preferred Experience (NOT REQUIRED) • Women’s health or gynecology, • Hormone replacement therapy / hormone optimization, • Family practice or outpatient medicine, • Preventative or wellness care New Graduate Policy New graduate NP/PA candidates are considered only if licensed or actively completing Texas licensure requirements and seeking structured outpatient mentorship.
