Job Description Join our team as an Administrative Assistant with a dual focus on Financial Aid and Student Loan Management. This unique position blends classic administrative responsibilities with proactive student loan coaching and financial education. You’ll work closely with students, performing entrance and exit loan interviews, helping them understand financial aid and student loans, and supporting those in default on their repayment journey. You’ll also assist with appointment scheduling and collaborate with key staff. Key Responsibilities: • Manage student loan entrance and exit exam processes, ensuring compliance and accuracy., • Provide one-on-one financial coaching and education about student loans and financial planning., • Reach out to students in loan default, offering guidance and support toward resolution., • Schedule and manage student appointments for financial aid setup and consultation., • Track follow-ups and documentation through CRM (Campus View) and other systems as needed., • Collaborate closely with colleagues, including Crystal, to ensure exceptional service., • Financial Background: Proven experience in student lending, financial aid, banking, or related finance roles., • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple process steps, maintain accurate records, and ensure thorough follow-through., • Outstanding people skills, with the ability to coach, advise, and communicate effectively with students from diverse backgrounds., • High-level professionalism, empathy, and discretion when discussing personal financial situations., • Experience in higher education, student services, or financial counseling is a plus., • Familiarity with federal student aid regulations and loan programs preferred. • At least 1 year of experience in administrative support or a similar role., • Proficiency in answering inbound calls and managing office communications., • Strong skills in data entry and attention to detail., • Familiarity with receptionist tasks and basic office operations., • Knowledge of financial aid processes and student loan systems is preferred., • Excellent customer service abilities with a focus on resolving issues effectively., • Ability to organize and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment., • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse groups.

Job Description About the Role: As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Senior Living Hospitality, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality resident care and support to our residents. JOB SPECIFIC * Minimum Qualifications: • Current certification as a Nursing Assistant in the state of employment., • High school diploma or equivalent., • Previous experience in a healthcare setting, particularly in long-term care or rehabilitation., • Bathe and clean, as needed, both male and female clients by bed bath, shower and/or whirlpool., • Assist in cleaning teeth, shampooing/combing hair, cleaning and cutting nails, applying make-up, shaving and cleaning glasses of both male and female clients., • Assist clients in dressing appropriately, encouraging usual and appropriate clothing., • Make clients’ beds and change linens as needed, clean up room and closet, picking up unnecessary articles and arranging room neatly., • Feed clients requiring total or partial assist with meals, set up trays for clients needing assistance, and pass and assist with snacks., • Answer call lights promptly and ensure call light alert devices are within reach at all times., • Assist clients with bedpan, urinal, and bedside commode or to bathroom as needed and/or as directed., • Change incontinent brief or diaper every two hours or more frequently if needed., • Take and give notice in writing, vital signs (temp, pulse, respiration & blood pressure), heights and weights as requested, report abnormal or unusual signs to charge nurse. Report skin breakdown, pressure sores, changes in clients’ physical/mental condition to nurse immediately., • Measure intake and output on all clients for whom it has been ordered including emptying urine from indwelling catheters or other urine collection devices near end of shift and assist in collection of specimens., • Pass water to clients and ensure it is within reach. Collect water pitchers for cleaning per schedule., • Clean wheelchairs, walkers, commodes, bedpans and urinals per schedule., • Report unusual color or odor of excretes (urine, drainage, stool or sputum) before discarding it., • Assist in the transport, transfer, ambulation, frequent positioning and providing ROM to clients. Use measures that ensure client and associate safety. Request assistance when lifting, turning and moving clients, using lifting devices when needed. Transport to activities, meals and appointments as requested., • Help maintain personal dignity of each client by ensuring privacy and treating them with respect. Understand and follow Client Bill of Rights., • Check safety devices and release mechanisms per policy., • Always show courtesy, respect and positive attitude to clients, families, visitors and staff., • Perform routine household services essential to client care at home, including shopping, meal preparation, laundry and housecleaning., • Assist in admission, transfer and discharge of clients including ensuring rooms are ready for admit and assist client with belongings upon discharge., • Complete Nurse Aide flow sheet, according to instructions using only authorized abbreviations., • Identify client before providing care., • Follow universal precautions and isolation procedures for infection control. Wash hands at beginning of shift, between clients, before passing trays and after assisting with elimination—even if wearing gloves., • Maintain all service areas in clean and orderly condition and keep halls clear of equipment., • Report all accidents or incidents observed as they occurred., • Report suspected abuse immediately., • Perform assigned security tasks throughout the shift., • Provide relief for other associates for meal periods and breaks throughout your shift.
