Position Summary The Facilities Manager is responsible for the operational readiness, safety, maintenance, and professional appearance of all company properties. This role ensures our dealerships, service facilities, lift shops, and photo operations remain functional, compliant, and aligned with brand standards. This position leads preventative maintenance programs, vendor coordination, repair management, and facility improvements while controlling cost, minimizing downtime, and protecting the customer and employee experience. This is a field-driven leadership role requiring significant travel (approximately 50–75%) across company locations. Location: Hurst / Garland / McKinney TX Area highly preferred Reports To: Director, Special Projects & Implementation What Success Looks Like • Stores are clean, organized, lit, and fully operational., • Repairs are handled before they become emergencies., • Vendors are accountable, fast, and within budget., • Compliance and safety items are always inspection-ready., • Facility Maintenance & Operations, • Oversee day-to-day condition(s) of all locations., • Implement and manage preventative maintenance schedules., • Ensure HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, and equipment are functioning., • Manage urgent repair needs and after-hours emergencies., • Standardize maintenance expectations across rooftops., • Vendor & Contractor Management, • Source, vet, and manage national and local vendors., • Obtain competitive bids and control expenses., • Track service performance and hold partners accountable., • Maintain service agreements and warranties., • Safety & Compliance, • Maintain readiness for fire, OSHA, and municipal requirements., • Ensure emergency systems, exits, lighting, and signage are operational., • Partner with Compliance on corrective actions., • Reduce liability exposure., • Brand & Appearance Standards, • Protect curb appeal and interior presentation., • Coordinate landscaping, striping, sealcoat, paint, and cleanliness., • Ensure retail and customer-facing environments meet expectations., • Project & Repair Coordination, • Manage minor construction, reconfigurations, and improvements., • Support new store openings and transitions to operations., • Track timelines from identification through completion., • Budget & Reporting, • Build and manage facility repair budgets., • Track spend, approvals, and trends., • Experience managing multi-site facilities or property portfolios with a track record of success., • Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance practices., • Ability to prioritize and execute across multiple locations., • Vendor negotiation and budget management experience., • Comfortable with software tools for tracking work orders and projects., • Highly organized, responsive, and solution-oriented., • Takes ownership., • Moves with urgency., • Communicates clearly., • Fixes problems permanently, not temporarily.
