POSITION SUMMARY: Maintains timely records of materials in inventory and kitting of orders. Monitors and initiates action to replenish stock. Reconciles discrepancies in inventories and notifies supervisor of irregularities. Schedule: 5:00am - 1:30pm ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: • Monitors and maintains current inventory levels; processes orders as required; tracks orders and investigates problems., • Performs physical count of inventory and reconciles actual stock count to computer-generated reports., • Processes and documents return as required following established procedures., • Performs routine clerical duties, including data entry, and assisting in resolving issues., • May lead, guide, and train other employees, interns, and/or volunteers performing related work; may participate in the recruitment of volunteers, as appropriate to the area of operation., • Knowledge of supplies, equipment, and/or services ordering and inventory control., • Ability to reconcile stock counts to report data., • Database management skills., • Strong attention to detail., • Ability to analyze and solve problems., • Ability to prepare routine administrative paperwork., • Ability to receive, stock, and/or deliver goods., • Clerical, word processing, and/or office skills.
