POSITION SUMMARY: The Bartender is responsible for providing exceptional beverage service and light hors d’oeuvres to guests at the Oxford Collection of Hotels’ evening reception or restaurant. This role ensures a welcoming and engaging atmosphere, offering personalized drink recommendations, crafting high-quality beverages, and delivering prompt, attentive service. The Bartender also maintains bar cleanliness, ensures proper stock levels, and upholds all sanitation and alcohol service regulations. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: All duties and responsibilities of this position are to be performed with exceptional caring and genuine guest service upholding the Oxford Collection of hotels standards and culture at all times.
