Our headquarters is more than just an office, it's a hub for collaboration, advanced engineering, and customer focused solutions. #PoweredByPossibility We are hiring an: Accounts Receivable Manager - Americas St. Louis, Missouri (Hybrid) OR Queretaro, Mexico (Hybrid) Watlow is seeking an Accounts Receivable Manager who will be responsible for leading the Accounts Receivable function across the Americas, with enterprise-wide ownership of credit and collections policies, processes, and performance. The position will oversee a centralized team, partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders and regional leaders, and drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance cash flow, strengthen controls, and improve operational efficiency. We are seeking a strategic, hands-on leader with deep credit and collections expertise, strong people leadership skills, and the ability to influence across a complex, multi-site organization. What You'll Do: • Strategic Leadership: Lead the Accounts Receivable function across the Americas, driving operational strategy, priorities, and performance to support business growth and financial objectives., • Credit & Collections Expertise: Oversee enterprise-wide credit policies, customer creditworthiness decisions, and collections strategies to optimize cash flow and reduce risk., • Process Improvement: Identify trends, streamline workflows, and implement best practices to continuously improve AR processes, controls, and service delivery., • Cash Flow Impact: Partner closely with Treasury to deliver accurate cash forecasts, trend analysis, and insights that support enterprise liquidity planning., • Team Development: Coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing collections team while fostering accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement., • Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with controllers, finance leaders, sales teams, and business units across the Americas to resolve issues and enhance customer payment performance., • Compliance & Controls: Ensure strong internal controls and compliance with company policies, credit regulations, and financial reporting requirements., • Transformation & Growth: Support acquisitions, systems implementations, and enterprise initiatives that strengthen the AR organization and position it for future success.
