At Baptist Senior Family, we seek an organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to coordinate and oversee smaller renovation projects, such as 10-year refurbishments, and assist with unit turnovers. In this role, you'll act as a liaison between current residents, staff, and Providence Point contractors/maintenance teams, ensuring seamless transitions and project execution. You'll also coordinate turnovers of HC, PC, and MS units while assisting with various Environmental Services department functions. What You’ll Do: • Resident Coordination & Upgrades: Manages refurbishments for long-term residents and facilitates transitions between living areas., • Turnovers & Admissions: Coordinates unit turnovers for Healthcare, Personal Care, Memory Support, and Independent Living, while collaborating with admissions and marketing staff., • Resident Onboarding & Support: Schedules orientation meetings, assists with Comcast installations, and communicates with residents, families, and staff for seamless transitions., • Administrative & Compliance Duties: Prepares and reviews documentation, maintains compliance with policies and regulations, and manages communication with facility personnel., • Facility Operations & Maintenance: Works with EVS and IT teams on work orders, access control, telecommunications, and preventative maintenance scheduling., • Project & Team Management: Tracks refurbishment costs, monitors capital projects, attends staff meetings, resolves issues, and promotes organizational values. Qualifications You Bring: • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); two years related trade school or equivalent experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Basic knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and mechanical skills., • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and blueprints. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before employees, public safety personnel, vendors, or the general public. Ability to delegate., • Good communication skills, both written and verbal, and basic computer skills, including email, word processing, and spreadsheet work. The candidate must also have the ability to speak, read, and write English professionally., • Requires the ability to work with frequent interruptions, work under pressure, and remain flexible as priorities change., • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail., • Requires excellent interpersonal skills; excellent public professional presentation skills are required., • An associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred ????
