Five Star Bath Solutions Northwest is continuing to expand and we're seeking a full time General Manager to lead the day to day operations of our business. Our area spans from I-90 to the Canadian border and is currently one of fastest growing territories in the nation while running profitably. This job will provide the opportunity to help mature our operations and build out a newer territory for a nationally recognized home improvement brand. While the owner is available to work in the business, we are ideally seeking someone with the capability of autonomously running every aspect of a ~15 person home improvement business that eclipsed $4million in revenue in its first full year. This person will be a key leader and pivotal to our continued success and should have aspirations to continue driving the business to greater heights. What Were Looking For: • Proven experience in general management or multi-department leadership, preferably in home improvement, construction, remodeling, or franchising., • Strong understanding of sales operations, field service management, and project delivery., • Financial acumen with experience managing budgets, margins, and KPIs., • High-level problem-solving, organization, and decision-making skills., • Leadership that balances accountability with team support and development., • Excellent written and verbal communication skills., • Capable customer service leadership., • Possesses tech-savviness and adopts new tools when beneficial.What Youll Do:, • Sales Leadership, • Manage and support the sales team to meet or exceed monthly revenue goals., • Monitor close rates, lead flow, and conversion metrics., • Coach team members on consultative selling and performance improvement., • Installation & Production Oversight, • Oversee all installation activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to company quality standards., • Lead production meetings, resolve jobsite issues, and maintain install team accountability., • Financial & Operational Management, • Own the P&L and manage budgeting, forecasting, and cost control., • Track and analyze KPIs and adjust operations for profitability and efficiency., • Implement company systems, software, and processes to streamline performance., • Customer Experience, • Ensure world-class customer service from initial consultation to final walkthrough., • Handle escalations with urgency and professionalism., • Monitor customer reviews and take proactive steps to build brand reputation., • Project Management, • Oversee scheduling, logistics, and job timelines., • Coordinate between sales, installers, vendors, and customers for seamless execution., • Mitigate delays, scope changes, and risk across active projects., • Team Leadership & Development, • Hire, train, and develop top-tier talent across all departments., • Build a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and high performance., • Lead regular team meetings, one-on-ones, and performance reviews.How we compensate:, • Fully paid health & dental benefits for our employees, • An annual salary paid out weekly, • A significant profit sharing plan Flexible work from home options available.
