Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities Paid Time Off (PTO) Flexible Schedule Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Hands on Training Mon-Fri Schedule Career Growth Opportunities Retirement Plan Responsibilities • Meet new business production goals and objectives as established, • Solicit for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources, • Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and close sales, • Secure all Trailing Documents from customers, • Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program, • Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including life products, • Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information, • Return all phone messages promptly, • Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements, • Maintain knowledge of new products, • Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources, • Generating insurance quotes, • Provide exceptional customer service, • Be outstanding at relationship building, • Insurance Sales experience (preferred but not required), • Excellent interpersonal skills, • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening, • Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams, • Self-motivated and self-starter, • Ability to work independently and with good time management skills, • Detail oriented, • Proactive in problem solving, • Able to learn computer functions, • Ability to work in a team environment, • Ability to multi-task, • Prior sales experience with proven results, • Pay Generous Base + Commission AND Bonus!!, • Hours Flexibility with hours permitted. Office hours are typically M-F 8:30am - 5:00pm Fridays.
