Job Description The shelfAdz Delivery Quality Coordinator, acts as a liaison between client delivery teams, quality control, and supporting departments. This role is responsible for ensuring that all client outputs and deliverables meet established standards of accuracy, consistency, and compliance. The coordinator is the primary point of contact for quality-related delivery issues, supporting campaign execution, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement activities. The Quality Delivery Coordinator ensures product and service excellence for clients, while maintaining accountability for error-free execution. The role also supports ISO 9000 quality processes, recordkeeping, testing, and reporting as part of Vestcom’s commitment to high standards and compliance POSITION DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: Setting Up & Maintenance * Conduct maintenance, calibration, and basic troubleshooting of quality and delivery-related systems and equipment. * Prepare, verify, and stage files, templates, or delivery packets in alignment with customer specifications and quality standards. * Manage and track inventory of raw materials, labels, or delivery files required for client orders. * Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ISO 9000 quality requirements. Testing & Quality Assurance * Perform quality control checks on event files, production outputs, and delivery materials to ensure compliance with client requirements. * Conduct developmental or trial reviews in support of process improvement and new client delivery methods. * Identify errors or inconsistencies in inputs and outputs; document findings and coordinate resolution with delivery, client experience, and quality teams. * Support the creation and execution of test protocols, methods, and quality reporting. Observing, Recordkeeping & Evaluating * Accurately record observations, test results, and quality findings; prepare data for reporting and evaluation. * Interpret and analyze results to provide recommendations for delivery process improvements. * Maintain detailed and timely documentation of workflows, quality issues, and corrective actions. * Provide reporting and updates to management and stakeholders, including compliance and customer-facing quality summaries. Collaboration & Support * Partner with operations, client experience, and quality teams to ensure accurate, on-time deliveries. * Act as backup to delivery execution roles when required, maintaining continuity of service. * Support troubleshooting of delivery issues, client escalations, and workflow discrepancies. * Participate in team huddles, quality reviews, and improvement projects. Safety & Compliance * Adhere to all safety procedures and standards; maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment. * Participate in ISO and regulatory compliance activities, including audits, documentation, and process reviews. * Attend required safety and compliance training. Position Requirements: Key Qualifications Education * High School Diploma or GED required. * Associate’s Degree in Engineering Technology, Quality, or related technical field preferred. Experience * 0-2 years of experience in quality assurance, testing, delivery coordination, or related technical role. * Experience in a manufacturing, production, or client delivery environment preferred. Skills & Knowledge * Basic understanding of quality control methods, testing procedures, and process verification. * Knowledge of quality assurance practices, testing methods, and ISO 9000 procedures. * Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy in work execution. * Good analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve routine issues. * Ability to perform basic measurements, record results, and prepare reports. * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and interface with clients when needed. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) and ability to learn proprietary delivery and quality systems. * Ability to interpret results, document findings, and provide clear recommendations. * Analytical and problem-solving skills for resolving routine delivery and quality issues. * Flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced environment and manage shifting priorities. The hiring wage rate range above represents what Avery Dennison reasonably expects to pay for this position as of the date of this posting.
