Job Description Join Our Team as a Mobile Dispensary Nurse. Position: Mobile Dispensary LPN or RN Location: Pierce and King County Reports to: Mobile Team Lead Salary Range: $41-68 Join Our Mission! We Care Daily Clinics (WCDC) is a warm, welcoming, and modern facility that provides treatment for addiction in a person-centered environment located in Auburn. WCDC seeks to renew hope and purpose for those battling opioid use by removing barriers, providing a holistic approach to recovery, and utilizing evidence-based treatment to restore healthy living. Our top priority is to provide the highest levels of patient-centered care to those we serve. WCDC is an Opioid Treatment Program (OTP) facility using FDA approved medication paired with behavioral health counseling. Our individual service plans are built around patients in a supportive, safe environment to create a personalized pathway to recovery. In addition to recovery, we also offer planned patient transportation and family and social support. Position Summary The Mobile Dispensary Nurse plays a critical role in WeCare Daily Clinics' mission to deliver compassionate, member-centered opioid treatment directly to communities. Working aboard mobile units, this position ensures the safe and efficient dispensing of medication, maintains regulatory compliance, and supports daily clinical operations. The ideal candidate is a skilled and adaptable nurse with a passion for community-based care. Key Responsibilities Dispensary Operations • Accurately dispense prescribed opioid agonist medications in accordance with clinic protocols and regulations., • Track, reconcile, and report medication inventory for each shift., • Administer and document tuberculosis (TB) testing and follow-up care, including referrals for chest x-rays., • Maintain clear, accurate, and timely records in the electronic medical record (EMR) system., • Safeguard all medications, records, and controlled documents per DEA, DOH, and OTP guidelines., • Stay current on relevant federal, state, and local regulations., • Foster a collaborative, respectful, and supportive team environment. Education & Licensure • Graduate of an accredited nursing program., • Active Washington State nursing license (LPN or RN)., • Experience working in an Opioid Treatment Program (OTP) dispensary is highly valued., • Familiarity with medication inventory systems and dosing protocols., • At least 1 year of direct patient care experience in a clinical setting., • Proficient in EMR systems and Microsoft Office Suite., • Strong communication, organizational, and conflict-resolution skills., • Ability to work independently and effectively with diverse populations., • Must pass pre-employment background checks and drug screening., • Must be able to stand, sit, and move for extended periods during a shift. This position is based in a mobile clinic setting and requires flexibility to travel across communities, often in underserved or remote areas.
