Job Summary Herb Pharm is seeking a talented and imaginative Graphic Designer to join its dynamic marketing team. This role is perfect for a visual storyteller who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You'll create compelling designs across digital and print platforms—from social media and email to Amazon e-commerce and video—helping elevate the brand and drive engagement. Key Responsibilities • Design and produce marketing, sales, and promotional materials across digital, print, and in-store formats., • Create branded emails, landing pages, and e-commerce assets using Figma, Shopify, and Amazon (A+ Content, Brand Stores)., • Develop short-form video, Reels, and motion graphics for paid and organic content across social platforms., • Plan, shoot, and edit lifestyle/product photography and styled sets reflecting seasonal brand trends., • Design packaging, labels, retail displays, and prepare print-ready assets compliant with brand and vendor specs., • Produce static and motion ads for Meta platforms with A/B testing variations., • Manage branded materials, including employee apparel, loyalty programs, business cards, and promotional items., • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and vendors to coordinate timelines, feedback, and asset delivery., • Create mockups and visuals for executive presentations, sales meetings, and retailer pitches., • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Marketing, or a related field; equivalent work experience will also be considered, • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), with advanced Photoshop skills for retouching and mockups, • Experience with Figma, Premiere Pro, Adobe Express or similar video editing tools, • Experience designing for e-commerce platforms, particularly Amazon and Shopify, • Strong grasp of social media creative standards and best practices across Instagram, TikTok and Facebook, • Work Environment: This role is primarily performed in an office with extended time at a computer using design tools. Required Education and Experience · Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Marketing, or a related field; equivalent work experience will also be considered · 2–4 years of hands-on graphic design experience, ideally within a content-driven or social media–focused environment.
