What You’ll Be Doing • Bring your existing customers and proven sales success to Maverick, • Hunt for new business through your network, referrals, and prospecting, • Expand your book with the full support of our ops and account management teams, • Set rates, negotiate, and close with urgency, • Retain and grow accounts with confidence — we’ve got the execution covered, • Proven success: 3+ years in freight brokerage sales with documented wins, • Book of business: You must bring established customers or strong industry relationships generating at least $300K in annual revenue, • Hunter mentality: You bring new accounts, not just manage old ones, • Closer mindset: You don’t “hope” for deals — you close them, • Entrepreneurial drive: You thrive in commission-driven, performance-based roles, • Commission-Only Model: No cap on earnings, • The range listed ($60,000 – $120,000) reflects a realistic estimate of what successful agents may earn in a year, high performers can earn well beyond this range, • Transparent, aggressive commission structure, • Extensive carrier base: Thousands of thoroughly vetted trusted carriers ready to move freight safely and reliably, • Constant innovation: We continually update our business model and technology (TMS, Highway, and more) to stay ahead of the curve, • Full-service flexibility: Not tied to one mode — we handle vans, reefers, flatbeds, LTL, containers, drayage, heavy haul, warehousing, special projects, and beyond, • Industry diversity: Serving a wide variety of industries with tailored solutions, • Global reach: We operate across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico, with import/export capabilities and access to markets abroad Apply now.
