Job DescriptionDescription: Key Responsibilities: Account Management & Customer Relationships • Serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of customers across multiple industries., • Build deep, trusted relationships with clients through responsive communication, industry knowledge, and proactive problem-solving., • Understand client needs, goals, and business cycles to identify opportunities for growth and retention., • Identify new opportunities within existing accounts to expand services and deepen partnerships., • Gather, from various sources, all pertinent information required to process a customer estimate request and enter that information into the Company’s MIS, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to our customer., • Gather, from various sources, all pertinent information required to process a customer estimate into a job ticket using the Company’s MIS, ensuring accuracy and timeliness to production., • Attend and participate in daily production/scheduling meetings and provide relevant and current updates to attendees of these meetings., • Forward proofs to customers and assist customers in the proofing process., • Order job materials and services provided by a 3rd party., • Manage job tickets, proof approvals, and client expectations from initial inquiry to final delivery., • Ensure seamless, high-touch customer experience through all stages of production., • Handle escalations professionally and collaboratively, ensuring client satisfaction., • Provide proactive communication on project status, timelines, and potential challenges., • Work closely with the VP of Sales & Marketing and outside sales team to support enterprise accounts and strategic opportunities., • Partner with Project Managers and Customer Service to ensure smooth handoffs and consistent communication., • Collaborate with the Creative and Marketing teams when clients require brand strategy, design, or content support., • Maintain an accurate, up-to-date pipeline within CRM tools., • Provide weekly updates on forecast, opportunities, and account health., • Monitor job margins, work-in-progress, and key performance indicators., • 2–5 years of experience in inside sales, account management, customer support, or related role., • Experience in printing, manufacturing, creative services, or related industry strongly preferred., • Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail., • Excellent communication skills — written, verbal, and interpersonal., • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment., • Tech-forward mindset with comfort using CRM, MIS, and estimating tools., • Strong problem-solving capability and the ability to collaborate across teams., • Grounded confidence — humble, capable, steady under pressure., • Strategic curiosity — always looking for growth opportunities within accounts., • Operational discipline — follows process, meets deadlines, communicates clearly., • Client-centric mindset — cares deeply about the customer experience., • Creative thinker — offers solutions that elevate the client’s brand and business., • Monthly and yearly revenue growth, • Upsell and cross-sell conversions, • Quote accuracy and turnaround time, • Client retention and satisfaction, • Accuracy of pipeline and CRM updates, • Project execution quality and margin health, • Living our core Company values of Commitment, Respect, Integrity, Acting with Urgency, Continuous Improvement and Contribution through Teamwork
