Job DescriptionLocation: North Oregon Esthetics license required Contracted & commission-based role This is a remote/telecommute position Role Summary As the Outside Sales Representative, you are a contracted sales and training representative to Eminence Organic Skin Care yet maintain your own business entity. Your focus will be on both opening new accounts while continually building business within existing accounts. You will work closely with the Inside Sales Representative (located at Eminence’s Central Office) to receive and process complex Customer orders, inquiries and/or complaints covering items or products ordered. You will use your expert knowledge of products, product availability, sales territories, and individual Customers to provide training on a quarterly basis to both new and existing customers. You will use Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to record Customer communications. You will report directly to The Outside Sales Manager who is located at Eminence’s Central Office. Enter data into ETO (Efforts to Outcomes) and ServicePoint (under supervision). Submit reports and proper documentation in a timely manner to the Quality Assurance Team., • Provide regular fire and safety watch walk-throughs and record these on a form provided by the fire marshal., • Record each shifts significant activity in each shelter’s communication log. Job DescriptionSUMMARY iM3 is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process. To excel as an Inside Sales Representative, you should be skilled at building immediate rapport and ensuring customer satisfaction. A successful candidate will be highly competitive and an attentive listener. Drug checks are required. Note: This position involves working with digital imaging equipment, including digital X-ray generators. Although our systems do not contain radioactive cores and emit radiation only during active exposures, we maintain strict safety protocols at all times. As part of our commitment to regulatory compliance and workplace safety, all staff are required to wear radiation monitoring badges whenever they are working in proximity to imaging equipment.
