Job Description The Reed Agency is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Client Support Specialist to join our growing team. As part of a locally trusted Farmers Insurance agency, our mission is to provide outstanding service, protection, and peace of mind to every client we serve. The Client Support Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service and support. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and helping others feel confident about their insurance coverage. You will be the front line of communication for our clients, handling service requests, assisting with claims, and supporting the success of the agency. Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities Paid Time Off (PTO) Hands on Training Mon-Fri Schedule Career Growth Opportunities Responsibilities • Client Interaction & Relationship Management, • Serve as the first point of contact for all client inquiries (phone, email, and in-person)., • Build lasting relationships by delivering prompt, professional, and empathetic service., • Provide proactive communication regarding policy updates, billing reminders, and renewal notices., • Policy & Account Management, • Process policy changes, endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements, and new applications., • Assist clients with billing questions, payment processing, and coverage explanations., • Maintain accurate, up-to-date client records in the agency management system., • Claims Support, • Guide clients through the claims process by gathering details, providing updates, and coordinating with carriers., • Ensure clients feel supported and informed throughout the claims experience., • Agency Growth & Sales Support, • Identify opportunities for cross-selling additional lines of coverage (auto, home, life, business)., • Schedule appointments for the Agent and licensed producers to discuss additional products and services., • Support marketing and client retention efforts through outbound calls, follow-ups, and service campaigns., • Team Collaboration & Compliance, • Work closely with the Agent (Joel Reed) and team members to ensure smooth office operations., • Follow all compliance, privacy, and carrier regulations to protect client information. Previous experience in customer service, administrative support, or insurance is preferred (but not required). Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Problem-solving mindset with a client-first attitude. Proficiency with computers, Microsoft Office, and willingness to learn agency management systems. Insurance license (Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health) preferred, or willingness to obtain within 90 days of hire.
