This role includes: • Leading & Developing People, • Recruit, onboard, coach, and develop the district team, • Set clear expectations and hold team members accountable, • Conduct regular ride-alongs, 1:1s, and performance reviews, • Build a strong internal bench for future leadership roles, • Drive Sales & Growth, • Own district sales results for new, existing, and same-store accounts, • Execute growth initiatives and new account launches, • Use data and reporting to identify trends and take action, • Operational Excellence, • Ensure execution of company standards and processes, • Oversee inventory management, fleet performance, and cost control, • Maintain safety, DOT/HOS compliance, and audit readiness, • Customer Leadership, • Serve as the escalation point for customer issues, • Build relationships with key accounts through reviews and meetings, • Real Leadership Development: You won't find stronger support for leadership development. We invest heavily in our District Managers because your success determines the success of the frontline team. You'll receive hands-on coaching from leaders who have done this job themselves and understand the realities you face every day., • Ownership & Autonomy: We trust our District Managers to run their districts. You won't be micromanaged. You'll have the authority to make decisions that are right for your people and your business — with leadership support when you need it., • Full-Scope Business Leadership: This role gives you responsibility for both new business growth and existing account performance. You'll lead Account Managers, partner with business development, and stay connected to key customers through business reviews and account meetings. You'll gain exposure, development, and coaching aligned with your career goals, and you'll report to leaders who have walked this path before you., • 5+ years of leadership experience in distribution, DSD, sales, or operations, • Proven ability to lead, coach, and hold teams accountable, • Strong business acumen and comfort using KPIs and reports, • Willingness to spend significant time in the field, • High integrity, sound judgment, and resilience, • Ability to run route to help support district needs. This includes:, • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds (at times), bend and lift to rotate existing stock with new stock, • Ability to climb into a large commercial truck, on average 40 times per day, • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for three years, including no DUIs TBHC Delivers provides direct-to-store delivery for Hunt Brothers® Pizza to convenience stores across the United States.
