As we expand across Texas, we are hiring a driven Agency Recruiter to build and grow our talent pipeline. Overview The Agency Recruiter will lead recruiting efforts for new agency owners and staff. This role blends candidate sourcing, sales-oriented outreach, interviewing, and relationship-building. You will manage the full recruiting lifecycle, drive pipeline growth, partner with leadership, and help fuel TexHQs expansion. This is an ideal role for someone with experience in recruiting who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities Paid Time Off (PTO) Hands on Training Mon-Fri Schedule Career Growth Opportunities Retirement Plan Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Responsibilities Recruiting and Sourcing • Generate qualified candidates for agency owners., • Build targeted recruiting campaigns across LinkedIn, IdealTraits, job boards, social platforms, and community channels., • Use outreach, networking, and proactive sourcing to engage entrepreneurial, competitive, and sales-focused candidates., • Lead candidate interviews and coordinate with agency owners and leadership., • Own the candidate journey from first contact through onboarding and training handoff., • Manage pipeline metrics, activity tracking, and communication through the Agency Zoom CRM, • Partner with onboarding and training teams to support smooth transitions. Networking and Referral Generation • Build relationships with business groups, universities, chambers, and community organizations., • Develop referral partnerships to maintain a consistent flow of candidate leads., • Attend networking events, job fairs, and local business functions to increase brand presence. Growth and Strategy • Collaborate with leadership to set recruiting goals, forecast hiring needs, and support expansion targets., • Create and implement new sourcing strategies to improve conversion rates.
