Job Description Case Manager The Case Manager is responsible for case management services for clients in transitional housing. The Case Manager will have an assigned caseload of 25 cases. He/She will be responsible for successfully integrating each client's housing and employment goals and ensuring compliance with Win's contractual requirements with outside Funders.
