Job Description Crossroads ABA Center seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a new program! This is an in-office, part-time position, and schedule is to be determined, but will be between the hours of 9am-5pm. The RBT provides direct one-on-one and small-group therapy to children with autism and related developmental disabilities in a center-based environment. Qualifications * High school diploma required (Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Social Work, or related field preferred) * Experience working with children or individuals with special needs preferred * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to remain patient, professional, and compassionate * Reliable transportation (if required for travel) * Ability to pass background check * RBT certification preferred (or willingness to obtain within 60 days of hire)
