As a Healthcare Recruiter, you will play a critical role in sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates in various healthcare settings. Responsibilities: • Utilize various sourcing techniques, including online job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to attract top talent within the healthcare industry., • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, including nurses, physicians, therapists, and allied health professionals., • Screen candidates through phone interviews, video interviews, and in-person meetings to assess their qualifications, experience, and cultural fit., • Coordinate and facilitate the interview process between candidates and clients, ensuring a seamless experience for both parties., • Manage candidate pipelines and applicant tracking systems to ensure timely communication and follow-up throughout the recruitment process., • Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing needs, including skill requirements, shift preferences, and organizational culture., • Negotiate employment offers and compensation packages to secure placements that meet the needs of both candidates and clients., • Provide exceptional customer service to candidates and clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering long-term relationships., • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes affecting healthcare recruitment.
