This position will be shooting product in our studio on a daily/weekly basis utilizing our equipment. What Your Responsibilities Will Be: • Creative Video Development, • Implement multi-faceted thinking, bringing concepts to life through videography while developing multiple projects from concept to completion, including videos and stop-motion graphics, • Conceptualizing, editing, and producing multiple video projects for our clients with a high attention to detail, • Responsible for high-quality work, including error-free (spelling) execution in bringing clients story to life, • Work regularly with Video Lead and Strategy team to ensure content is aligned and on track for delivery, • Properly build, name, and file all files for seamless integration of content across all team members, • Seamless Content Execution & Project Management, • Balance all client needs through meticulous schedules of shoots, meetings, and editing time, • Ideate video ideas, storyboard, set up and utilize lighting, manage styling and production, & execute deliverables, • Produce edits quickly and accurately to Strategy team for client assets, • Creatively problem solve prior to and during video shoots to ensure professional production standards, • Develop production schedules and details for shoots and content calendars in conjunction with Strategy team, • Collaborate closely with design and strategy team and stakeholders to help facilitate quality content, • Ensure a detail-oriented approach to videography that produces quality, on time, in scope delivery of assets, • Use internal processes for projects through necessary tools (Asana, Server, software, time tracking, etc.), • Creative Team Engagement, • Maintain equipment, keep an organized space, and assist the creative team with other projects as assigned, • Manage videography library, including manipulate and edit videography and imagery as needed, • Other Responsibilities, • Research and develop opportunities in social media trends to provide client success, • On-site and client support as necessary to facilitate client needs, • Other duties as assigned by the Lead, VP or President, • All clients have different needs, so responsibilities may change with the needs of the client and Agency Why Youre A Perfect Fit: • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work individually or on a team, • You excel in the use of Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects, Bridge, and Audition, • You have a high level of knowledge of video and camera equipment, and are easily able to make high-quality videos, • You know production specifications for both print and digital media, • You have a desire to create and exceed objectives consistently, including taking on extra responsibilities, • You breathe the latest trends for social marketing and are able to research and guide your team on those trends, • You over manage the details in all you do and are ready to learn and grow, • You are highly organized, detail-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced environment at times without direction, • Youre excited to grow and develop into an even better videographer and teach others along the way Compensation & Benefits • Competitive Salary, • Health, Dental, and Vision, • Disability insurance, • Retirement contribution, • Flexible work environment, • Employee coffee & snacks About Ideas That Evoke We are a social media, digital and PR agency located in Madison, WI and were recently named the #633rd Fastest Growing Private Company in America and 8th fastest Growing Company in WI by Inc. We're looking for a creative and professional individual who can assist us in continuing to offer our top-notch videos. You should have experience with both DSLR and Camcorder types of equipment. Qualifications -.5-2 years experience shooting, does not have to be weddings. -Solid understanding of various operating systems, file structures, file formats and protocols required. -Position flexible with regards to where individual works on various projects. Individual must have own computer -Probationary / training period applies. -Willing to consider providing internship experience for the right candidate. Pay is commensurate based on experience.
