Job DescriptionJob Title: Batch MixerJob Description Seeking a Production Worker / Manufacturing Associate for the Richmond, CA facility. This position supports chemical production and warehouse operations in a hands-on manufacturing environment. Responsibilities • Load raw materials into mixers and perform batch mixing., • Package finished products and clean production vessels and equipment., • Support shipping and receiving activities., • Operate a sit-down forklift and move materials throughout the facility., • Assist with general warehouse and production functions.Essential Skills, • Forklift certification., • Ability to consistently lift 40-50+ lbs., • Manufacturing or production experience., • Experience in batch mixing and compounding.Additional Skills & Qualifications, • Previous manufacturing, chemical production, or industrial experience preferred., • Strong attendance and reliability., • Ability to read and follow work instructions and safety procedures., • Experience with shipping, receiving, inventory, or warehouse processes preferred., • Mechanical aptitude and preventative maintenance experience are a plus., • Must be authorized to work in the United States.Why Work Here? Work Environment Join a small team in a warehouse setting located in Richmond. The position operates on a first-shift schedule beginning at 6:30 AM, Monday through Friday. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Richmond, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $24.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
