Core Values: • Customer 1st: understands the value of reputation, • Hard Working: Committed, consistent, reliable, • Do what you say, • Gets It: Professional, knowledgeable, skilled, smart, good communicator, • Does the right thing: genuine, fair, positive attitude, humble, no entitlement Position Responsibilities and Duties: • Job Setup - Review scope, schedule, and constraints before job start - Conduct pre-start walks with lead men - Confirm manpower, materials, access, equipment, and site readiness - Establish production expectations and quality standards, • Job Execution - Oversee 4–6 crews across multiple active projects - Visit jobs daily or every other day - Coordinate directly with GCs, owner reps, and property managers - Resolve field issues proactively without escalating - Monitor quality, pace, safety, and crew performance, • Closeout - Manage punch lists and touch-ups - Coordinate demobilization - Ensure jobs are truly complete and client-ready• Leadership - Support and develop lead men - Hold crews accountable to standards - Communicate clearly and professionally under pressure Required Experience: • 5+ years as a superintendent or senior field leader, • Commercial painting experience strongly preferred, • Proven ability to manage multiple short-duration jobs, • Strong GC and owner communication skills Skills/Qualifications Requirements: • Valid Driver’s license and reliable transportation, • Experience in commercial painting w/ paint & primers, brush/roll & spray techniques, • Prior management experience of paint crews, • Strong organizational skills in field and office, • Solid written and verbal communication skills (English & Spanish a plus), • Proficient in Microsoft office, timekeeping & scheduling software, • Able to work evenings and weekends when necessary, • Reliable, self-motivated, professional Benefits: • Base Salary: $105,000-$120,000 (DOE), • Truck allowance + fuel card, • PTO, • Health, dental & vision insurance, • Performance bonus tied to margin, schedule and rework Schedule: • Day/evening shift, • Monday to Friday, • Weekend availability
