Job DescriptionJob Title: 1st Shift Electro-Mechanical Assembler Job Description • Join our team as a 1st Shift Electro-Mechanical Assembler at a cutting-edge military and defense facility located in Irvine, CA., • This role is ideal for individuals with experience in manufacturing, particularly within the aerospace, electronics, or medical industries., • The position offers competitive hourly pay with opportunities for overtime during weekdays and Saturdays., • Perform mechanical and electrical assemblies in a manufacturing setting., • Utilize common hand tools and power tools including pliers, wrenches, screwdrivers, and specialized test equipment., • Operate computer applications such as standard browsers and word processing software., • Understand and work with common electrical components and read wiring diagrams., • Adapt to changing roles and responsibilities in a fast-paced work environment., • Communicate effectively with engineering and production teams., • Minimum of 4 years' experience in a manufacturing setting., • Proficiency with hand tools and power tools., • Working knowledge of electrical components and ability to read wiring diagrams., • Strong computer skills and ability to use standard browser and word processing applications., • Experience with mechanical assembly of complex electro-mechanical assemblies., • Ability to perform hand soldering and component fabrication., • Familiarity with testing electronic components using multimeters, oscilloscopes, and network analyzers., • Experience with air-frame construction techniques., • Capability to troubleshoot electronic box assemblies and run functional checkouts., • This role provides an opportunity to support a dynamic team in a rapidly growing company that has recently received funding to expand its facilities., • The work environment is clean and situated within a large company that is experiencing growth and expansion. This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Irvine, California. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $32.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
