Havas Media Global is a dedicated team supporting global clients across strategy, insight, media, creative and digital. We have a blue‑chip client list including Hyundai, Kia, Jacobs Douwe Egberts, Shell, Harman and Telefonica. Ad Operations services are provided from Spain (Madrid), Peru (Lima) and India (Bangalore/Mumbai/Chennai), with +60 AdOps specialists working in these Havas offices. • Manages workload across team members, balancing demand and priorities across clients, • Liaises directly with clients or client teams in any topics related to tracking and data collection, • Liaises with other AdOps Centers of Excellence (CoEs) to identify, train and spread best practices, • Liaises with other CoEs in other practices (e.g. biddable, search, social) to ensure that transversal processes are efficient and streamlined, aligned to activate campaigns for our clients, • Understands specificities of each client advertising stack and data collection ecosystem, • Understands client objectives and how the agency delivers media strategies to accomplish them, • Supports media planning discussions regarding trafficking strategies and related measurement needs, • Liaises with internal teams (planners and traders) to provide with best‑in‑class tracking implementations, • Provides custom client solutions to specific tracking needs or campaign implementation (e.g. DCO), • Stewards compliance of guidelines/standards for each client, updating documentation when applicable, • Oversees the correct set‑up of campaigns for each client following the correct guidelines/standards, • Resolves issues/questions about campaign set‑up and trafficking with the team or 3rd parties, • Liaises with planning teams, programmatic/social traders, or publishers to troubleshoot issues, • Liaises with 3rd party companies to find solutions or troubleshoot issues (tag management, consent, analytics, trading teams, publishers, …), • Oversees trafficking processes and ensures ongoing compliance within Global team members, • Supports on training initiatives (both internally and with other AdOps teams or planning/trading teams), • Supports to keep knowledge base and client related documentation always up to date, • Supports on building different tools to run and optimize execution of internal processes, • Stays aware of the latest technologies to improve agency offering, • Supports in administrative tasks to ensure correct billing of AdTech across ad servers and ad verification platforms with our global vendors (Google, IAS, DoubleVerify, MOAT, AdForm, …), • +5 years of experience in ad operations, trafficking, and ad technologies in a global media agency, • International experience is a plus, • Extensive experience with different ad serving solutions (CM360, AdForm, Flashtalking), • Extensive experience with main ad verification technologies (DoubleVerify, IntegralAdScience, MOAT), • Basic knowledge of tag management systems (e.g. Google Tag Manager, Adobe Launch, Tealium), • Basic understanding of mobile measurement SDK (Appsflyer, Kochava), • Broad understanding of analytics solutions (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, …), • Broad understanding of other AdTech solutions: DSP, Social Platforms, • Exposure to implementation of DCO with rich media solutions (e.g. Google Studio) is a plus, • Exposure to Attention measurement partners (Lumen, Adelaide, Playground XYZ) is a plus, • Exposure to other marketing platforms: DMPs, CDPs, CRMs is a plus, • Basic knowledge of programming languages, mainly JavaScript and HTML, • Basic knowledge of project management software (e.g. JIRA), • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, • Experience managing AdOps/Trafficking teams, ideally in the agency side, • High level of English language is a must, given the international aspect of the position, • Strong communication skills, • Team player who enjoys working in a collaborative, open environment, • Excellent customer service focus and client‑centric orientation, • Highly motivated and full of initiative, • Methodical, analytical mindset, well‑organized, and detail‑oriented, • Strong data‑driven culture / analytical abilities, • Attention to detail Employment type: Full‑time Job function: Other Industries: Advertising Services #J-18808-Ljbffr
