Paragon Works is recruiting an experienced Client Services Coordinator to be based on-site at Blackstone’s Paris location. This is a high-profile, client-facing role supporting one of the world’s leading alternative asset managers in delivering a seamless, best-in-class workplace and visitor experience. The Opportunity The Client Services Coordinator acts as the primary point of coordination for Global Corporate Services (GCS) in the Paris office, working in close partnership with the Office Manager and regional GCS teams. This role is ideal for a service-driven professional who thrives in fast-paced, high-standards corporate environments and enjoys being at the centre of office operations, hospitality, and client experience. Key Responsibilities • Coordinate day-to-day GCS Client Services, including reception, office services, hospitality & dining, meetings, and venue management, • Deliver a seamless visitor and colleague experience, supporting meetings, conferences, and internal events, • Manage reception duties: guest meet-and-greet, call handling, and visitor registration via Envoy, • Monitor and manage conference room bookings using EMS; conduct daily room and office checks, • Anticipate and prepare food & beverage requirements, team lunches, and business meals in line with food safety standards, • Manage office supplies, stationery, signage, mail, couriers, shredding services, and printing requests, • Act as Space Coordinator, supporting desk allocation and visiting colleague processes, • Support supplier onboarding, invoice processing, and payments monitoring in partnership with the GCS London team, • Maintain local SOPs and welcome guides aligned with global GCS standards, • Support the Office Manager with facilities issues, corporate events, and ad-hoc projects as required About You • Minimum 5 years’ professional experience, ideally within financial services, hospitality, or a blue-chip corporate environment, • Exceptional customer service mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and manage sensitive interactions with discretion, • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities at pace, • Confident communicator with a positive, professional presence; able to act as an ambassador for Blackstone, • Technologically adept; proficient in MS Office (advanced Excel an advantage), • Experience with corporate systems such as Concur, CVENT, Adobe, or BOX is beneficial, • Flexible with working hours and comfortable with some physical aspects of the role, • Calm under pressure, solutions-focused, and committed to the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity Why Join?
